About Krysten

With a foundation in both Classical Chinese Medicine and flower essence therapy, Krysten brings a deeply integrative approach to healing.
Her work is grounded in a lifelong devotion to learning—an ever-evolving study of somatic therapies, energetic modalities, and ancestral plant wisdom. Drawing from her extensive training in acupressure and vibrational plant medicine, she offers a unique synthesis that supports people in grounding into their bodies, transforming emotional imprints, and reclaiming their vitality. Her sessions are both gentle and potent—designed to help clients move through trauma, chronic pain, depression, and cycles of illness with compassion and clarity.
Rooted in the belief that true healing begins from within, Krysten creates space for growth that is intuitive, intelligent, and deeply feminine. Each offering is a collaboration with the body’s innate wisdom—an invitation to come home to the self. With over 20 years of experience in the healing arts, Krysten Noel offers a deeply intuitive, personalized approach to wellness rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a lifelong devotion to learning. Her work weaves together the principles of Classical Chinese Medicine, acupressure, and flower essence therapy—guiding clients into a grounded, embodied state where true healing and transformation can occur.
Krysten’s sessions are designed to support healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. Drawing from her extensive training and her own lived experience with chronic Lyme disease and tick-borne illness, she brings profound empathy and insight to those navigating trauma, pain, fatigue, depression, and immune imbalance. Her mission is to assist clients in restoring harmony to the body’s systems, empowering them to reconnect with their innate resilience and vitality.
She holds certifications from the Acupressure Therapy Institute (2009), the Hippocrates Life Transformation Program in West Palm Beach, Florida (2019), and is a Flower Essence Therapy practitioner trained through Delta Gardens in New Hampshire. A passionate student of holistic and energetic medicine, Krysten continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing study and embodiment of ancient and emerging healing modalities.
Outside of her practice, Krysten finds nourishment in the natural world—gardening, walking in the woods, swimming in the ocean, practicing yoga, meditating, caring for horses, and sharing meaningful moments with family and friends.
